THE PRINCIPAL'S
MONTHLY NEWSLETTER~NOTICES
I would like to thank Mrs. Nora Thurber, our school nurse, for all her hard work in making our Student Health and Safety Fair such a success. Because of Mrs. Thurber, numerous health and safety organizations visited our middle school and informed us on a variety of topics such as fire safety, internet safety, and the dangers of drugs and alcohol. Our students did a marvelous job at the Health Fair as they instructed their fellow students, teachers, parents, and invited guests and friends of the school. Next week you will be receiving a letter from the school informing you of the tuition assistance given by the Diocese thus far. The tuition for next year has been set at $3,500 K-8, and we do realize that during these very hard economic times, it is difficult for many of our families to meet their financial obligations. We are also painfully aware of the many sacrifices that our parents make to send their children to If you have not registered your child for the upcoming school year, please do so now as we already have waiting lists in some grades. Please call the school office immediately if you are in need of a registration form. Along with this newsletter is a survey form for Ms. Sharon Simpson, our resource teacher in middle school, has done a great job in helping many of our students get that little extra boost in their studies.
